When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, requested service and the message you submit. The website inquiry form is not intended for SIN numbers, tax slips or tax documents.

Why we collect it

We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand the service you may need and arrange next steps. We do not use inquiry information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Document delivery

Clients currently provide documents by arranging a drop-off or by email after speaking with Sangita. Standard email can carry security risks. Contact Sangita before sending confidential tax records and follow the delivery instructions provided.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by the hosting and email services needed to operate the website and deliver your inquiry. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and safeguards

We limit collection to information reasonably needed for the stated purpose, retain it only as long as reasonably necessary or legally required, and use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
